Every single piece designed and produced at Kaneecka goes through thorough quality checks. Any slight variation in color or print texture is not a defect but a beautiful hallmark of natural processes.

If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange. In case your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit valid for three months. For returns due to damage or size exchanges, please email us at shop@kaneecka.com with the subject line: RETURNS. Items sent without prior email communication will not be accepted. Once approved, returns must be made within 15 days. The shipping cost for any exchange will be borne by the customer.

Please note: No exchange or refund is applicable on discounted items. Kaneecka holds the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
